the designs that we provide to our clients. Typical renovation projects begin with creating BIM
models of existing conditions that then form the basis of the design going forward. Traditional
means of hand measuring are often difficult if not impossible when it comes to elements of a
certain height or irregular forms. With our scanner, we no longer face these issues as it allows us to
generate highly- accurate point cloud and 360 image data that we are able to share with all
memebers of the design team. This reduces trips to the jobsite and consulting fees.
