4 North Nursing Unit Renovation

The 4 North Nursing Unit renovation reimagined patient care spaces to better serve both patients and staff. Three wings of patient rooms—including Med-Surg and intermediate care units—were completely renovated with updated utilities, finishes, and building systems. Right-sized patient rooms were created with adjoining private bathrooms. A central support core, featuring the nurse station, medication room, and nourishment room, along with one wing of staff spaces, was also modernized to support efficient workflows. By converting former office areas into functional patient care space, the project increased capacity and improved operational efficiency, enabling the hospital to deliver the highest standard of care and better outcomes for every patient.
