The scope of work for this Adaptive Reuse project involved providing new landscaping, providing handicap accessibility; stabilizing the structure, replacing the roof, restoring the interior & exterior finishes, refinishing the hardwood floors, restoring the fireplaces, and upgrading the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems.
