Dyess Park Phase I

This Multi-Phased Public Works Project involved an Entry Plaza Renovation, New Ornamental Security Fencing, a 1/4 mile Walking Track, a Picnic Shelter Addition. and a Community Center Renovation. The Historic Community Center construction scope included roof replacement, window restoration, exterior painting, new landscaping, an art wall, interior upgrades, handicap bathroom renovations, kitchenette upgrades, and Life Safety & Stair Renovations.
