The Quadrangle Building, which is a contributing resource to the Summerville Historic District and the Historic Augusta Arsenal, was built in 1860 as the Former Arsenal Stable. This Adaptive Reuse turned the building into Student Services and Financial Aid offices. The scope of work involved hazardous material abatement, structural repairs & reframing, porch restoration, re-roofing, new gutters & downspouts, new lighting fixtures, updating finishes, restoring Masonry walls, and M/P/E Upgrades. The Building is currently listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
