Roof Replacement Washington Hall, Level 2

This Renovation involved repairing and replacing the roof of a Historic building on Augusta University’s main campus. The scope of work included installing new insulation & decking, an OSHA-compliant safety access system with a ladder, railings, landings, & roof hatch, architectural shingles, gutters, overflow scuppers, pre-finished parapet coping, and overflow scuppers. The historic crenelated masonry parapet walls and cast-stone sills were also repointed.
