This project involved the adaptive reuse of a historic structure on Augusta University’s Summerville Campus into a Radio Studio and Counselor’s Offices. Renovation scope included replacing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems, replacing the roof, upgrading interior finishes, and providing handicap accessibility.
